Will Freeman is a new member of the Reimagining Justice Lab as a part of the Hidden Sentencing Qualitative Research Team, joining in Spring 2026, while majoring in Psychology and Neuroscience at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He is additionally minoring in chemistry and on the Pre-Med track. He is passionate about social scientific research on justice, state actions, and systemic oppression in order to understand the ways in which laws and state actions perpetuate systemic injustices. He is especially passionate about the intersection of systemic oppression and cultural medical health stigma. He plans on attending medical school to pursue psychiatry.
