Marta Estrada (she/her) recently became a member of the statistics team at the Reimagining Justice lab after being part of the Digitization Team back in 2023. She is a junior at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, double majoring in Sociology and Environmental and Natural Resource Economics. While working on the team, she has also been involved in several clubs on campus, such as Sunrise UMass and the Association of Latino Professionals for America.
In her life she aims to work in the environment sector, with specific interest in economics and policy. She hopes to work towards addressing issues of climate change and environmental justice through research and policy. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the outdoors through running and hiking, spending time with friends, and can always be seen with a book in hand.
