Maddie Schnackenberg (they/she) was a member of the Qualitative & Historical Research Team for the Hidden Sentences Project from the Fall of 2023 to the Spring of 2024. They hold an Associate of Arts degree from Cape Cod Community
College and are currently completing a Bachelor’s in Sociology at the University of
Massachusetts, Amherst. Maddie has an interest in the legal and criminal justice systems, and spent a summer as an intern at Shaughnessy Law firm. In the future, they hope to pursue a research career focused in sociology. In their free time they love to paint, draw and spend time with friends and family.
