Arni Mola (she/her) is a sophomore at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, majoring in Operations & Information Management, with plans to pursue a minor in Computer Science and a Business Analytics certificate. She is joining the Reimagining Justice Lab as a member of the Statistics Team for the Spring 2026 semester. Arni is interested in pursuing a career in data analytics and data science, with a focus on using data and statistical methods to drive informed decision-making and create meaningful, real-world impact.
On campus, Arni serves as Social Chair of the OIM Club and works as an Operations Student Staff at the Isenberg Advising Office. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and going to the gym.
